How we look after your details

Who is responsible

Remarkable Lives is run by Leonardo English AB. We decide what happens to the details you send us on this site. You can write to us at alastair@remarkablelives.co.

What the request form collects

Your name, email address and country; whether the portrait is for you or for someone else and, if for someone else, who they are to you, their first name and whether they know yet; how they would like to talk; and anything you choose to add about an occasion, the person, or how you heard of us. We also note which page you sent the request from, and the page or campaign that brought you to us, so we can see what is working.

Why we collect it

To reply to your request, arrange a short call, and begin a portrait if you decide to go ahead. We use the details for nothing else, and we never sell them.

How long we keep it

If you do not go ahead, we delete your request after that period.
